Generally charisma is the least useful character stat in roguelike and role-playing games. Perhaps this reveals something about the underlying worldview of the people who design these games, but that sort of analysis is notoriously unreliable.
Charisma is not a characteristic that one often comes across on the net. It requires the whole body and the whole personality to put itself across.
There were thousands that trusted him right next to God Almighty, and they told stories about him that were like the stories of patriarchs and such. They said, when he stood up to speak, stars and stripes came right out in the sky, and once he spoke against a river and made it sink into the ground.
